Shipping & Delivery
1. Scope of Policy
AILDA delivers its offerings primarily in digital formats. This policy applies to AILDA Consulting Services, AILDA Maturity Lens™, AILDA Productivity Tracker™, and digital deliverables such as reports and dashboards. AILDA does not ship physical products unless explicitly agreed upon.
2. Delivery Method & Process
Deliverables are fulfilled electronically via email, secure client portals, or authorized access credentials. Each delivery is confirmed through an acknowledgment email or client confirmation within the project tracker.
3. Delivery Timelines
Consulting Services: 2–16 weeks (based on scope and tier). AILDA Maturity Lens™ and AILDA Productivity Tracker™: Access within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Physical deliverables (if applicable): 7–10 days within India, 15–20 days internationally.
4. Ownership, Access & Intellectual Property
All deliverables, frameworks, and tools remain the intellectual property of AILDA. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for internal use only. Unauthorized duplication or resale is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Security & Confidentiality
AILDA follows strict data-handling protocols under the IT Act 2000, IT Rules 2011, and global data protection norms. Client data is encrypted and used solely for fulfilling agreed scopes of work.
6. Delayed, Failed, or Incomplete Delivery
AILDA will make two additional attempts to complete delivery within 7 business days in case of delay or failure. Clients must report any issue within 7 business days of the expected delivery date
7. Refunds & Re-Issuance
Refunds are governed by AILDA’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once accessed, digital products are non-refundable. AILDA may reissue access in verified cases of technical error or system failure.
8. Force Majeure
AILDA shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, or governmental actions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
