

Refund Policy
Purpose and Applicability
This Refund Policy ensures fairness, transparency, and trust between AILDA Technologies India Private Limited and its clients. It applies to all AILDA offerings including Consulting, Maturity Lens, Productivity Tracker, Subscriptions, Trainings, and IP co-development engagements.
Refund Policy Coverage (By Business Category)
Refund eligibility and exclusions are defined for each engagement model below.
A. Consulting & Advisory Services
Refunds apply if AILDA cancels prior to project initiation, delays beyond agreed timelines, or fails to deliver agreed deliverables. Non-refundable once work begins, or if client withdraws or alters scope mid-project.
B. AILDA Maturity Lens
Refund eligible if assessments not conducted or access not provided. Non-refundable once access or reports are shared.
C. AILDA Productivity Tracker
Refund eligible if dashboard access fails due to AILDA’s fault. Pro-rata refund for unused period possible. Non-refundable for client-induced terminations.
D. Training and Workshops
Full refund for cancellations ≥7 days before start; 50% for 3–6 days; none within 48 hours. Full refund if AILDA cancels or reschedules.
E. Proof of Concept (POC) Engagements
Refund eligible if AILDA withdraws before kickoff. Non-refundable once deliverables or design documents shared.
F. Subscription and Platform Licensing
Refunds for duplicate billing or major service failure. Pro-rata refunds possible. Renewals and client-induced restrictions non-refundable.
G. Co-Development / Joint IP / Partnerships
Refunds only if AILDA withdraws before milestone initiation. Non-refundable after any IP design or filing costs incurred.
H. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Refunds only if activation fails despite payment. Non-refundable once third-party tools are provisioned
I. Early Adopter / Pilot Offers
Marked as non-refundable except in cases of service non-delivery by AILDA.
Refund Process & Timelines
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 business days of issue. Verification within 7 days; refund processed within 21 working days via original mode of payment.
Documentation & Verification
Clients must provide proof of payment and justification. AILDA reserves the right to verify service logs and deliverables before processing refund.
Client Cooperation
Refunds not applicable if issues arise from client delays or lack of input.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governed by Indian laws with Hyderabad, Telangana as jurisdiction. Parties encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
Policy Updates & Version Control
AILDA reserves the right to amend this policy with notice. Version: 1.0 | Effective: October 2025
