Payment Terms

  1. Advance Payment: 30–50% of the total fee upon confirmation of engagement or subscription.

  2. Balance Payment: On delivery, milestone completion, or per billing cycle (subscriptions).

  3. Currency & Mode: INR (India); USD/EUR/GBP (international) via approved transfers/gateways.

  4. Taxes: GST (India); applicable VAT/regulatory taxes (International) to be borne by client

  5. Late Payments: Interest may be charged on overdue invoices; services may be suspended until dues are cleared.
